for June will be given to La Crosse Area Synod to support two health clinics in our companion synod in Ethiopia .  Both clinics in Nekemte and Bako focus heavily on caring for women and children, with an emphasis on prenatal and postnatal care.  Immunizing children is a critical contribution to the health of these communities.  The Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus (EECMY) doesn’t yet have the financial capacity to support these clinics.  Consequently, our help will address a very real need and have an immediate impact.
