English Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity
embraces the following five biblical
purposes for its life and mission. We believe
that when we take care of these purposes,
other issues will fall into place.


		WORSHIP Adoration and Praise, Word and Sacrament Every Christian responds to the grace of God with worship and praise, and worship fills every believer with the Spirit of the Living God.
				DISCIPLESHIP Education, Nurture, and Growth Through the process of discipleship, Christians experience the deep gladness of abiding in Christ, grow to maturity, and become more like Christ in their thoughts, feelings, and actions.
		MINISTRY Service Through ministry, Christians discover their unique calling from God to serve in the church and in the world. Ministry is love in action.
				Evangelism Outreach, Mission Through evangelism, we bring people to Christ. We are ambassadors for Christ since God makes His appeal through us. Christ's mission has become our mission.
		FELLOWSHIP Love for One Another Through fellowship Christians identify with the body of Christ. We are called to belong, participate, and not just believe. We care for our brothers and sisters in the church with a steadfast and abiding love that mirrors our love for Christ.
